Whether you're stepping into a gym for the very first time or chasing your next competition goal, our mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.

The word Audax (pronounced or-dacks) means bold, courageous, and daring - and that’s exactly how we approach training. We encourage our members to step outside their comfort zones, take on new challenges, and celebrate every win along the way.

Hi, we’re Hayden and Maddison, the founders, owners, and head coaches here at Audax Athletic.

Coaching isn’t just what we do - it’s what we love. Being on the gym floor, helping members learn new skills, build confidence, and achieve goals is what drives us every day.

We opened Audax Athletic because we wanted to create a training environment where people feel comfortable walking through the doors - no matter their experience level. Whether someone is brand new to fitness or has years of training behind them, we believe everyone deserves access to great coaching and a supportive community.

Our coaching philosophy is simple:

What Is Crossfit?

We’re proud to be a CrossFit gym, but we know that the word CrossFit can mean different things to different people - and sometimes it can feel a little intimidating if you’re new to it.

Simply put, CrossFit is a style of training that combines strength, cardio, and functional movements to help you become fitter, stronger, and more capable in everyday life.

Our workouts are built around functional movements - things like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying - the kinds of movements you use in real life. We combine these with cardio-based exercises and strength training to create well-rounded workouts that improve overall fitness.

One of the things that makes CrossFit unique is that every workout can be scaled to suit the individual. That means whether you're brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or already experienced in training, we adjust movements, weights, and intensity levels to suit your ability. You can expect:
