Our Hyrox combines running with functional strength movements in a competition-style format designed to test your endurance, power, and mental toughness. Our Hyrox classes simulate race conditions with structured workouts that blend cardio, lifting, and functional exercises — preparing you to perform at your peak on event day, or simply take your fitness to the next level.

Our Lift class is dedicated to Olympic weightlifting — the snatch, clean & jerk, and everything in between. With an emphasis on technique, strength, and speed, you’ll learn to move with precision while building explosive power.
Whether you’re new to the lifts or chasing big numbers, our coaches will guide you through structured progressions to help you lift with confidence and control.

Run Club is for anyone who loves to move, from first-time runners to seasoned athletes. Focused on community, fun, and encouragement, every session is designed to improve your endurance, technique, and confidence - all at your own pace.

Our Kids & Teens programs run in line with the school term calendar, delivered across 10-week terms, with each session lasting 45 minutes. Active Kids Vouchers accepted.
Kids 6-9yrs train Mondays 3:45pm - 4:30pm for $130 per term.
Teens 10-16yrs train Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45pm - 4:30pm for $220 per term.
