Kids & Teens Gym Classes

Our Kids & Teens program helps young people build healthy fitness habits in a fun, supportive environment. Through functional movements, gymnastics, scaled weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning, participants develop strength, coordination, and confidence while learning to move safely and effectively.

The program is ideal for kids and teens wanting to improve their general fitness, support their wellbeing, or gain an edge in their chosen sport. With a focus on mechanics, consistency, and intensity, we help young athletes build resilience, body awareness, and lifelong skills both inside and outside the gym.

Our Kids & Teens programs run in line with the school term calendar, delivered across 10-week terms, with each session lasting 45 minutes.

Kids

$130 per term

  • Kids 6-9yrs

  • Mondays 3:45pm - 4:30pm

  • 10 Week School Terms

  • Active Kids Vouchers accepted

Teens

$220 per term

  • Kids 10-16yrs

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:45pm - 4:30pm
